The
cellar of the Auberge du Cheval Blanc consists, for the main part,
of our local Burgundian wines which reflect the local ‘terroir’
and are produced by conscientious and respectful wine makers,
utilising their knowledge acquired over the generations.
Our wines have been chosen in the actual vineyards after careful
tasting and discussion with each wine maker. Whether a Vin de
Pays from a little known Domaine, or a Grand Cru, they all have
in common a respect for the hard work that takes place both amongst
the vines and in the cellar.
